Newsletter Content Submission

Use this form to submit content for the WMS PTO Newsletter. Your post may also appear on the PTO website upon request, and all submissions will be reviewed before publication.

Deadline: Submissions are due by Friday at 2:00 p.m. for inclusion in Monday’s newsletter. Anything received later may be held for the following week.

Important details:

  • Keep your write-up short, clear, and proofread (ready to publish).

  • If you have a flyer, please also include a short blurb; we’ll link the PDF in the newsletter.

  • Please provide any links (full URL) you’d like included (we’ll embed them as “click here”).

  • If you’d like an image, upload it as a JPEG and let us know where to place it.

  • For multi-week postings, indicate how long you’d like your item to run.

  • If you’re repeating an older submission, please check and update the wording before resubmitting.

After clicking “Save and Continue”, make sure you see the confirmation page. If not, scroll up for error messages. You’ll also receive an email confirmation once your submission is successful.
